Project Description

Struct Steel Engineering Ltd was contracted to carry out the detailing, fabrication, and erection of 750 tonnes of structural steelwork for a new 7-storey hotel in the heart of Dublin’s city centre. The project faced significant logistical challenges due to the urban location, with limited site access and restrictions imposed by city centre conditions. Erection was executed using a tower crane, carefully planned to mitigate these constraints.

SSEL also provided the full supply and installation of 7,500 square metres of metal decking. Throughout the build, various client and design changes were incorporated without impacting the overall schedule, showcasing SSEL’s ability to adapt and maintain programme delivery.
