SSE have been involved in the previous 2 Phases of expansion works at Abbott Ireland in Donegal. In both phases we designed, detailed, fabricated and erected the steel work to each of the new warehouses which involved intricate connections and tie-ins to the existing live pharmaceutical facility.

In Phase 3 we also designed, detailed, fabricated and erected the steel work to a substantial internal mezzanine within the existing building.

This involved coordinating carefully with the client to bring all steel in through the live areas and erect all steel during ‘out of hours’ working time to ensure zero disruption to the client.
