South West College
Project Description
SSE were appointed by main contractor Tracey Brothers, to deliver the structural steel frame to the new South West College Building.
The £30million project received Passive House Premium rating on completion of the works.
SSE worked closely with Tracey Brothers to ensure that phased works of the structural steel frame were completed on time and handed over to allow follow on trades to commence work in order to meet the condensed on-site program.
